Hooked up roasted baby reds, roasted garlic rosemary cauliflower and a 4 juicy steaks for the family. I’ve never really been a cooking person. I mean, I can warm up some hot pockets, make a mean grilled cheese or steak-um sandwich, but I was never a 3 course meal type. For instance, I never knew salting made the steaks taste better. I never knew about letting the steak rest or finishing them in the oven. I did all of that with this batch and the steaks came out perfect. I can’t wait to try that with a more expensive piece of meat.
